Trying to remember. Is it when you go into contacts and edit your own contact picture?

System Preferences > Users & Groups - choose a photo from your Library or drag/drop, copy/paste one into the Well.

Is it possible to change your log in background picture ?

Is this what you want?

Open System Preference and click on to and open Desktop & Screen Saver

Then choose whatever takes your fancy.

It’s not complicated. You simply click a button in OnyX and then select the photo you want to be your login background.
Downloaded Only for Mojave 10 .14 I opened only and I got a line of Onxy , maintenance Utilities files parameters I clicked on Onlxy nothing happened complicated I have removed it

Like I said above, after OnyX opens, click on the Parameters icon and then on Login. Couldn't be more simple.

It seams it doesn't change the login wallpaper if you have FileVault enabled and restart. It does however work if you are logged in and choose to just logout instead of restart. Do you have FileVault enabled by chance?
