iPod touch can you copy still video's

Hi guys am new to the forum. Just got new touch 4 gen . Is there a way to copy and paste a paused video. Its says copy but i cant paste it anywhere. Thanks guys

Just take a screen shot by pressing the home and standby button together.

Maybe you can paste it in iMovie or another video-aware app. Or even as a mail-attachment.
