I have just got the 2TB iCloud storage and I want to upload some very large folders from external drives.
It seems dragging files onto the iCloud drive first copies the data to the local disk. So what happens when the folder you want to upload from a USB drive is larger than the free space on the boot disk drive. Does it shuttle on some files to local disk, then upload those to iCloud, clear the local drive and then carry on all automatically, or does it choke?
