can you default back lit keyboard to dim/off under bootcamp?

New macbook pro 13 with windows 7 pro under bootcamp. All the drivers seem to be installed as the function keys work correctly when running windows.

Each time I reboot however the backlit keyboard is at full brightness?

I turn if down ( usually all the way off ) and next time I reboot back to full bright.

Looking around at control panel I don't see ( yet ) anything relevant.

Is there any way to set this off all the way ( by default ) under windows?

I've got just the thing for you! www.powerplan7.com it has features for bootcamp that allow you to set the key lights to a constant level, or turn them off.
