I shot some footage with my digital SLR. Forgot to turn the on board camera audio off. Now I want to extract the audio but leave the footage in the mov file format with no audio. Just want the footage not the bad audio. Is there a software that is Mac OXS friendly that will do this????

QuickTime 7 Pro I think allows you to remove the audio and re-save the file. You use 'Command-J' to bring up the 'Properties' window. In there you hi-lite the track, then use the delete button on the upper left of the window. Now save the file. I just tried this and it seemed to work.

MPEG Streamclip would allow you to read the file and convert it while leaving out the audio. Also, any editing software would allow the same thing.
