Can you disable Missed Call Badge and Status Bar Notifier?

I'm looking for a way to disable the missed call badge and notify icon on the status bar. Any addons or apps that allow this feature to be turned off?

I don't see phone as an option inside of notifications, I only see myAT&T. Within myAT&T I do have the option to turn off and on Sounds,Alerts and Badges but I only want to turn off those features for missed calls.

Are you on iOS 5? It's definitely there.

Not sure if you can disable it in iOS 4.
