All iPads Can you do an in-store pickup for new iPad the day it releases?

I see there is an in store pickup option, can that be used the day it goes on sale? Or is the apple store sales strictly a first come first serve basis and you have to wait in line?

I have not seen any postings yet with information about how this will be handled yet.

What they have "hinted" at is instore sales and online sales will start Nov 1st. Between now and then, things could change.

We just did the line thing for the 5s. I really hope they don't put us through that again.

Probably not. Hasn't happened before with iDevices. Too difficult with inventory running fast that day.
