This tweet from Phil Schiller seems to indicate you can do screen shots with Apple Watch. Anyone know for sure?

If I had to guess, you can click the digital crown and digital touch button at the same time to take a screenshot. The image can be shared with your iPhone.

Just speculation

And for what it's worth, it was tweeted from an iPhone.

So I'm assuming then if you do a screen shot it automatically shows up on your iPhone and/or iPad?

I tried to find the source by viewing the metadata, but no luck. I did find the resolution though. It's 312x390 pixels, which means Phil is using the 42mm model.

Do you mean the Watch App on the phone? That could work, I guess...

That would be terrible. I want to take a screenshot on my watch, let me pull out my iPhone.

It'll likely be a button combo or something. The crown+ digital touch button seems hard, but it's hard to tell.

Yup, pressing digital crown and the friends button at the same time will take a screenshot on Apple Watch. The screenshot will then be synced back to iPhone's photo library :)

That watch face is not one of the default ones?

or is that the one with the globe, but changes with time

I agree with you!!

I was just trying to clarify what their post was saying.

Edit: maybe a two finger force touch?
