Can you drag open windows to spaces?

I want to be able to drag applications to other spaces by dragging the window to the corresponding side of the screen - I 'm sure this used to be possible as I tried it on a friends mac a while back, but it doesn't seem to work on mine :confused:

Is there a setting I have missed somewhere?

Edit - it's ok I found it! Duh, you just have to wait a second or two for it to work!
