I ordred a Plus and want to go down to a 6. Can I send my wife in for me with my credit card? I hope they have stock of the 6 to exchange!

No. Unfortunately retail stores don't accept online products for return/exchange. I learned this the hard way.

Don't forget you've got 14 days to return an online order via distance selling regulations. Therefore, if your credit card balance permits, you could get the 6 from a store (if you're lucky) and then return the 6+.
