Can you exchange for the same color iPhone 5 through Verizon?

I'm wondering if I can switch my black iPhone 5 for another black iohone 5, the reason is because my lock buttons kinda lose and it kinda annoys me, but I love the black iPhone 5.

Absolutely, sounds like a manufacturer defect. As long as you are doing a "like for like" (same color/data capacity) you'll be fine. You just have to find somewhere that has them in stock.

Chances are you will have to deal directly with Apple. That was the agreement Apple had with AT&T so I would think it would be the same with all carriers.
