Can you *exclude* folders in Retrospect Express?

Hi,
I was wondering if there was a way to exclude folders from a Retrospect backup set. For example, I want to backup everything in my User folder, except the Documents and Application folders... I'll do those as separate backups.

I know I can create "volumes" out of every folder in the user folder, but that seems silly.

Is there a better app for doing this? I just want to backup my eMac to an external firewire drive.
