Can you get a nano sim if you already have a micro sim?

Wanted to find this out. I have an iPhone 4 on T-Mobile's Monthly4G plan. So to use the new iPhone, I would need a new SIM. Do you know if it's possible to like go into a T-Mobile store or something and have them replace my SIM with a nano-SIM (and deactivate the old one)?

T-Mobile is getting nano sims in the middle of next month.
