Can you get good deals on Macs in Canada?

I see all those awesome deals at Best Buy announced here and I'm wondering if there is somewhere I could get deals half as good as those but here in Canada. Buying from the states is possible but it's much harder to organize a trip for quick sales.

I'm aware of Apple's refurbished store and there are some open box deals at Best Buy sometimes but do you know any other store that make good deals on current or past year's models?

Can you really buy Macs from B&H and ship to Canada? I see this on all their Mac:

I think it's Apple's policy that resellers can't ship across borders...

I don't usually buy used but I'll still take a look at the marketplace.
