I was wondering if anyone has experience on getting out of contracts over the lemon law. What happens if after you get into the contract and have problems with the antenna will the carrier will drop the contract because cause of the lemon law?. I don't have an iPhone 4 but do planning on picking one up when I can find one but I don't want to be stuck on a 3 year contract (Rogers) with a lemon phone. I've heard of people sending a phone back 3 times for repairs and the carrier dropping the contract and they don't take the phone back!.

You can get out of the contract if you pay the early termination fee, or move to an area with no coverage at all (<- old loophole, don't know if still works).

Why worry about a lemon law when you don't even own the phone yet. When you get it, if it doesn't meet your needs, just return it for a full refund before your trial period is over.
