iPod touch Can you get tracked via iPod serial number?

Hi,

I'm going to sell my iPod. Can the buyer track my true identity via my iPod's serial number?
I bought the iPod from a big store (much like BestBuy) in Germany.

No. Your iPods serial number is in no way connected to you.

If there's anyone who keeps record of the registered owner it would be Apple but they are bound by privacy policy from revealing your information to anyone barring law enforcement.
