Can you give me dimensions of iPhone 6 with Apple Leather Case, please?

Hey guys,

I am from Holland and here we are still waiting for the release of the iPhone 6. I would like to order the iPhone 6 together with the official Apple Leather case. My plan is to use them in combination with a custom made leather pouch that I can order at fitbag.de.

Could someone please measure the dimensions of the iPhone 6 with and without the case the way I did on the photo? (in mm) I would really appreciate it.
