Hi all

My friend wants me to make them a website and i suggested they use .Mac and I'll make the site in iWeb. The issue is - I already have my own site(s) associated with my .Mac account on my own system.

Can I make a site for them but have it publish to a different .Mac account? How do I set that up?

thanks!!

One way would be to create a separate account on your Mac, and set it up with your friend's .Mac details. Build the site in that account and then iWeb should publish to it OK

a very good suggestion - though I wish it wasn't so circuitous.

There are a couple of alternatives. If you wanted to do it in your existing account, you could rename your iWeb Domain file and then next time you load iWeb it will create a new one. Either you could publish to a folder and then upload it to his account (not sure how to do this with .Mac) or you could transfer it to your friend and he could publish it from his machine. The iWeb file is located as follows:

<user>/Library/Application Support/iWeb/Domain.sites
