Can you install Open SHH with QuickPwn

If restoring my ipod touch at school i have no wifi through my ipod. So is there a way to install open shh through quickpwn like when it installs cydia and installer.

yeah idk about quickpwn but pwnage tool can...

but it needs internet to download.
