Hi,

My company is looking to switch from using BB's to iPhone. Most of our users travel internationally a great deal, so we have to be very careful about International Data roaming charges. From our testing, it seems that the iPhone mail app automatically downloads attachments up to 1mb in size, anything over that needs to be manually downloaded.

Our issue is that for most users, that setting will result in avg 20mb download per day - which equals big cost when roaming!! I know you can switch off data roaming, but we don't want to do that. My question is whether anyone is aware of a way to stop the app downloading ANY attachment and instead make it a manual step to choose to download if reqd? I've done a search of the forums, but can't find anything about this.

Many thanks!
