Can you listen to music on Apple Watch using the built-in speaker?

I know you can via bluetooth, but what if I want to listen to music from my watch using the built-in speaker, will that also work?

i can see why this might be handy. hanging out at the pool and not having to set your phone down to play music is one of them. Also if you have a home gym and want to do the same thing.

Because if I'm working around the house and want to hear some music it would be useful since I don't always have my phone on me.
