Can You Make App Text Disappear Without Making Icons Large?

This is something everyone should be giving feedback to Apple over.

This was something I’ve waited for for over a decade, one of the first mods I did after jail breaking a phone was to remove icon labels. And I know it was always one of the most popular tweaks to declutter your Home Screen/s.

It’s crazy that they finally allow us to remove the labels but only if we go with jitterbug icons, it’s like every time they give us something it comes with some form of punishment. At least give us the option to remove them no matter the size of our icons! It’s not fair that only grannies and grandpas get the good stuff!

I really hope this is changed in the future. I don’t need labels for my apps and my Home Screen would look so much cleaner without them.

I really don’t mind the larger icons, I think they look kinda cool. What is really triggering me is the gigantic space below the last row of icons that I can do nothing with. It bugs me more than ending sentence with a preposition.

I want this - I raised a feedback for this in an earlier beta, an option keep the same icon size but remove the text labels.
