iPod touch Can you make icons look like whatever you want?

could i have just random pictures as my icons, of like football players or whatever? or do they have to be icons already that exist?

Yes, they can be of anything, as long as they fit a certain size/shape. You can edit the icons with SummerBoard.

can u edit the size to make an image still keep its aspect ratio in the size that fits, lets say i wanted an all Broncos theme with different players as my icon and the logo as my backround, that could be possible?

Yes, but you either have to create your own theme or install a pre-made one. You also need the latest alpha version of summerboard available at the apptapp website which i think is
