The easiest way is to use Boot Camp Assistant to make one partition, make it big enough for both Windows and Linux, then use Disk Utility to split that partition in two.

I'm not on my Mac, so I can't walk you through it.

I already made a partition for boot camp I only gave it 20GB and only 7GBs are Left....

Then just resize the OS X partition.
