Can you mofify iFrogz case to work with screen protector - Ideas?

I am thinking ti file down the inside perimiter a touch to leave a little more room when it is put on. Will this work? Any other ideas?

I would recommend FIRST modifying the screen protector rather than the ifrogz case. I bought the ifrogz mirrored screen protectors and NONE of them fit the ifrogz or Belkin Grip Vue cases! There has to be a fix on their end, before we destroy our cases and screen protectors by attempting to force a modification...
