Can you move the FaceTime audio HUD around in Big Sur yet?

I'm wondering, for those of you who are on the beta or PB, has Apple finally allowed users to move the FaceTime audio call HUD around in macOS yet? Or is it still stuck in place obstructing whatever is behind it? This is one of the most annoying things about macOS.
 
Yep. Also, it hides if you hide the FaceTime app.
