For example: phone is on vibrate. I'm on espn.com and I want to watch a quick highlight. I generally dont carry headphones and im not the type to have noise blasting from my phone when im in public. I don't need (or want) sound. Is there a way to default this to mute? If you try to adjust volume before the video it just screws with the ringer. I don't like having to have Chris Berman yell at me for a few seconds before I fumble my way to mute. Not a huge deal, would just make my life very slightly easier.

Double click home button, swipe right to get to music controls. Swipe right again. Turn volume down.
