Can you "One Touch" back up a Time Capsule drive?

I've had my second hard drive failure in about two months now. Luckily my Time Capsule is doing a good job of keeping most my files backed up and safe and sound, however, I'm super spooked now that something is going to happen to my files and with "the other guys" storage being so cheap (1Tb "One Touch USB back up for like $110) I'm wondering if I can connect that to the USB port of my Time Capsule and use it's one touch feature to back up all of my TIME CAPSULE. Thus it would work like this. Time Capsule backs up my 500Gig MacBook drive and then my 1Tb drive backs up my Time Capsule disk.
