Can you only make your own iphone apps if you have a mac??

Just signed up to the SDK programme, and wanted to have a go at making an app.

But after downloading the initial sdk software, it's come up unrecognised on my pc.

Does windows not support this?

Any help would be appreciated....

1) There is a separate iPhone Programming forum. I'd suggest it's a better place for this.

2) The requirements for the SDK clearly state an Intel Mac running OSX 10.5. There is no option for Windows.

The DMG should have given it away, but yes, you need a Mac.
