Can you order a BTO or Refurbished iMac at the Retail Store?

I want to pay cash for an iMac and that is not possible through the online store. Can I go into the Retail Store and 1)order a BTO system and pay with cash and or 2) order a Refurbished iMac?

Nope, I believe these two things are available only online.

Couldn't you just put the cash in the bank, get a debit card from some company, transfer the money needed for the purchase to the card, and then make the purchase online?
