So although they accept Paypal, they do not allow you to split the payment. Like for example using my Paypal Credit and Debit Card. There is no card for Paypal Credit so can I use my debit and credit card at the Apple Store or by calling them?

Apple only sells refurbs though its online store. You may try calling them to see what they can do about accommodating your payment methods.
