Hello to everyone.

For the first time, I am not very happy about an apple product.

I am an apple fan since 2010 with my first MacBook (white). I moved to a MacBook air in 2012. Then in 2015 for a pro.
Excellent product. Battery about 9-10 hours. Incredible.

Last year, 12 months ago I got this MacBook Pro (2019 version) and from the beginning, I notice a very bad performance.
The battery lasted no more than 4 hours... (just SAFARI!). After few months, very tired of this I read on the forum about the SMC reset and PVRAM reset... well, I must say I attempted all of what was suggested, and... it worked! Now my battery last 6-7 hours but I am very concerned : the old MacBook pro (2015) that I still have with me... LAST MORE than this new macbook!

What do you suggest me to do? I mean : should I go and complain to my Apple store?

Can you please tell me and confirm that this version MACBOOK PRO 2019 does not have a good performance?

Now I am running Big Sur, but performance are still there (5 - 6 - 7 hours max...) :-(

Thank you for your advices.

(check this attachment - if you see I got 90% off of my battery in the last 2 hours!!!)

Sorry, I forgot to attach the file...
as you see from the screenshot... This morning battery lasted 5 hours and half.. but I used the computer for less than 3 hours.. This evening indeed ... 2 hours were enough to deplete the battery...

Help please
