Can you Pre-Order from Verizon (full price) if you're not a Verizon customer?

I just wanted to know if I have the chance to get a Verizon iPhone during the pre-ordering process this Friday.

If I'm not a Verizon customer, is there a chance I can just go on their website and order a phone full price from them this Friday?

Would love to know this as well.

I just want a phone that can be used with all providers. I currently am on ATT's gophone plan, but I would like to keep my options open if possible.

I don't have an Apple Store anywhere near me.

I doubt it. You'd have better luck trying to buy it from a physical brick and mortar Verizon store in this scenario.
