Well as a student I can get it from my college tax free, but I don't know if preordering will be an option so I thought I would check about other sites.... bad idea I guess.

I did not mean to come off so condescending, and I apologize if I did. I'm a college student also, and I try to save money whenever I can. But unfortunately this is one of those things where you have to just consider the tax as part of the price, especially if you want to pre-order.
