Can you prevent Messages from downloading large attachments while on cellular data?

Is there a way to stop Messages from downloading large attachments people send you (photos/videos) while you are on cellular data?

I was going to say just go into Setting > Cellular > disable Messages.... but it looks like Apple has removed Messages from the list at some point. I don't see any other way to limit it, short of just disabling iMessage all together, or turning off cellular data entirely. Lame.
