Can you pull power from an iPhone

I know the iphone obviously can accept power from either a wired or wireless charger devices. But my question is, is there anyway you can actually power something else with an iphone? In more simple terms -can you pull power from an iphone and power something with it through a lightning to usb wire? Is it possible?
