Just wondering if this is possible. It doesn't work by just hitting the space bar. I've been having to click "Show in Finder", highlight the file, and hit the space bar. This would be very convenient for downloads.

I think if you click the Stacks, start typing the filename, it will highlight in blue, then hit the space bar. I'm not on my Leopard system at the moment so this is from memory and may be wrong.

It will highlight blue, but spacebar does not work in this instance.

Command-clicking (or command-Return while an item is highlighted) will select the item in a Finder window, where you can then easily Quick Look.
