Can you really use Keynote on iPad 4 Mini?

Been trying to figure out how to add video clips to Keynote presentations on my new iPad 4 Mini and it doesn't seem possible. Apple Care agreed. I was hoping it would be a better solution than dragging my mbp around all the time. Any workarounds? Not sure how practical it is to use for complex Keynote presentations.
