Can you reboot the ATV? (not sleep & wake)

Had mine for ages and have always assumed there was no way to do this, but it wouldn't be the first time I got it wrong.

So the question is; can you reboot the ATV?

I know you can hold down the Play button the have it go to sleep, but it's not the same. There are times when you need to reboot the thing when it gets "flakey".

Would love to know if this is possible

You sure can, hold down menu and minus for five seconds...
