i have the black see thru satin and it doesn't get any heavier, people are just lazy too add one pound.
but after having it for a month or so and taking it off too clean...i miss the real beauty behind the case

I agree!! before I bought it, I was under the impression that it would make my macbook a heavy rock, but don't listen to what those videos have to say.. the weight difference is so slight that you won't even notice it. Oh, and I have the red one.. looks so pimp!
