Hi, I'm not too sure about the correct terminology but I'd like to record what's being done on my screen with iMovie using CamTwist. Reason being that I want to record myself drawing something from start to finish.

Yes, I did launch CamTwist before iMovie, but it doesn't show up in the camera drop down.

Does anyone what to do? - or even a different application that can get the job done for me.

Lastly. I know there's a sound control option on PCs that allow you to transmit what sound is being played on your computer; for example: playing a song on your computer for someone to hear on Ventrilo.
Is there a way to do this on a Mac?

Thanks in advanced. :]

I don't know what to tell you about the video, aside from to suggest ScreenFlow. It's expensive, though.

:D Soundflower seems to be what I'm looking for. I have it bookmarked for experimenting later.

As for ScreenFlow, yes, quite expensive.
But your suggestion did help me find some alternatives.
I've decided to try out Screen Record; it's only ~$15 but has an unlimited demo without time restrictions- but with the words "demo version" somewhere n the video. idk how bad it might be just yet. :\
