Can You Retain Chapter Marker Settings in iDVD When Exporting From FCE?

I've posted a decent amount the last few months about a large project I am getting ready to export and I've received some really valuable information.

The general gist is to use "export quicktime movie" and NOT "export using quicktime conversion."

All of that side...is it possible to retain the chapter markers for iDVD if you use "Export using quicktime conversion" ?

I see no options for it.
