Can you return a BTO imac for full refund at the apple store?

I am curious to know if I order a custom build-to-order imac online will I be able to take it back to a local apple store for a fill refund even though I have opend it up and used it? I plan on trying out the new imac and if I'm not happy with it, I'd like to take it back to the apple store for a refund. I'm worried if there will be a restocking fee since i opened the box and used it. Plus it's a custom BTO order and not the base model. Would like someone to confirm this. Thanks.
