My iphone ringer switch broke within 2 hours of use. It was stiff. Went back to ATT and they had none in stock, plus spoke of a restocking fee to switch it out. I would rather deal with the folks at apple?

Excessive bumping a thread is not a friendly way to receive a response.

You don't have a answer because either no one knows or no one has had *time* to respond. 21 minutes is not a lot of time ....

Anyways I would say your best bet would be to find out for yourself. Either go to the Apple Store yourself or call Apple care.

I asked the same question when I was at the AT&T store today. If its a warranty issue, take it to Apple Store. If its just an exchange, take it back to AT&T.
