The thing is running seriously slow, and I think (given similar performance disaster recently with my MacBook) the hard drive is about to fail.

Can anyone help me on doing some form of diagnostics on my Timecapsule.

Moderator: Apologies if this is a rehash/repost - but this question is very specific, and not one response to my post from last week.
