Can you scan USB with ClamX?

Hi,

I have a USB memory stick that is playing up but verify/repair disk is not picking up on anything so I was hoping to run a virus scan on it. I have ClamX installed but I don't seem to have an option for the USB on the menu on the left, only my username, documents, desktop, applications and mail folders.

Can I scan the USB drive, and if so how? I'd like to do this without scanning the whole computer. If not is there some free software that can?
