Thinking about switching over to an AT&T mobile share plan. Can iPhone Unlimited data plans be sold like the iPad plans and if so, what do they usually go for?

Check craigslist and ebay. It's worth something just not as much as verizon UDP since att throttles.

Holy crap I would never pay that for att UD. Maybe verizon but with the throttling that att does no thanks.

Hum... after reading them it looks like the complete plan will be sold including the phone number?

Technically one could sell the account including the phone number (account transfers are allowed), and THEN someone could get a new phone number if they moved out of the area code (or presumably if the transfer was out of the area code). Either way, you'd lose your phone # if you sold the account. Also, I imagine that selling the account isn't strictly legal, but AT&T does allow the transfer of responsibility/ownership of an account.

Hey guess what? Verizon starts throttling also on October 1st.
4.7GB and after that slowed down for 2 consecutive billing cycles.

I think I'm going to do the same thing. I can't afford to spend north of $1500 on two phones. I won't stay with Verizon on tiered just on principle.
