Can you send and receive MMS if you jailbreak?

Well yes and no...SwirlyMMS is out for jailbroken phones and some have claimed it works, I'm still working on getting it set up correctly. But, you have a much better chance with a jailbroken phone than waiting on Apple to release an MMS app.
