Can you share in app purchase with same account?

I have family sharing enabled for my wife. By the one problem is we can't share in app purchase.
Is it possible to create a new Apple ID to share the purchase?

The only problem is when I purchase the in app purchase it always ask me to log in to my main account not the shared account.

Just log into your account on her device, restore the in-app purchase, and log out.

How do you log in? When I press restore purchase, it says "enter the password for your apple account" and the apple account is not the shared one

Go to Settings >> iTunes & App Store >> tap on Apple ID at the top, then Sign Out. Next, sign in with your account. Finish your business and repeat the process, signing back in with your wife's account.
