iPad mini Can you shoot YouTube quality movies on a mini?

I want to start a YouTube channel without needing to buy a separate camera.

I was wondering if you can shoot decent movies to be uploaded to YouTube.

I know the video on the mini won't be world class, but as long as it's suitable enough not to turn people away I'll be happy.

It will shoot HD. As long as there is enough light (not low-light) it should work.
